Ayush Gupta is a Director at Aggarwal Associates, leading day-to-day client advisory across builder floors, society flats and resale mandates in Rohini and the wider North-West Delhi belt. He is usually the director a first-time buyer meets first, and the one who walks them through a shortlist honestly — including the things that are wrong with each option.
