Mr. Vikas Aggarwal

Vikas Aggarwal is the Senior Director of Aggarwal Associates and the third generation of the family to run the firm from its Sector 7, Rohini office. In three decades of practice he has personally handled several thousand transactions across Rohini and Pitampura — builder floors, society flats and, above all, the premium independent kothis that rarely reach a portal.

His speciality is the builder collaboration: matching a plot owner with a vetted North-West Delhi builder, structuring owner-favourable terms, and staying involved through construction and handover. It is patient, relationship-heavy work, and it is why plot owners across Rohini still ask for him by name.
